SCHEDULE III. FOUR-WAY STOPS.
   A four-way stop is hereby created and stop signs are to be erected, designating such a four-way stop at the following intersection:
   Intersection of Bauer Drive, Lakeview Drive and Andys Lane, with eastbound traffic to stop on Bauer Drive, southbound traffic and northwest bound traffic to stop on Lakeview Drive, and northbound traffic to stop on Andys Lane.
