SCHEDULE II. TWO-WAY STOPS.
   A two-way stop is hereby created and stop signs are to be erected, designating such a two-way stop at the following intersection:
   Intersection of Lakeview Drive and Fleming Drive, with northbound traffic to stop on Fleming Drive and southbound traffic to stop on Lakeview Drive.
