(A) Connection fee. Based on the town’s utility superintendent’s estimates of costs incurred by the town to make a physical connection to the town’s water utility collection system, the Council hereby sets the new connection fee for all future water utility connections up to three-fourths of an inch, made after December 31, 2022, at $1,800.
(B) The water connection fee for service larger than three-fourths of an inch, made after December 31, 2022, shall be the greater of:
(1) One thousand eight hundred dollars ($1,800.00); or
(2) The sum of the town’s actual costs of making the connection.
