(A) Indiana law permits the town water and sewer utility to collect hydrant rentals from its customers instead of from the town.
(B) The town accepts and approves the billing and collection of the hydrant rentals by the water and sewer utility to and from its customers as follows: the monthly rental charge per meter for residential customers shall be $2.85, and for nonresidential customers shall be as follows:
