(A) The Clerk-Treasurer of the town is hereby designated as the Violations Clerk of the Ordinance Violations Bureau pursuant to I.C. 33-36-2-1.
(B) As the Violations Clerk, the town's Clerk-Treasurer may accept: written appearances; waivers of trial; admissions of violations; and payments of civil penalties, not to exceed $250, in ordinance violation cases, pursuant to the schedule of violations and penalties appearing in § 34.03 of this chapter.
