§ 34.03 SCHEDULE OF VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES.

   (A)   The Town Council hereby designates, as violations subject to admission before and payment of assessed penalties to the Violations Clerk, the town code sections and penalties scheduled below:

 

70.03	Prohibited parking
91.02	Domestic animals to be confined
91.01	Animals causing nuisance
92.02	Permitting or maintaining weeds and rank vegetation
130.03	Disturbing places of worship

   (B)   Persons cited for violations of the above scheduled town code sections shall be subject to penalties, with regard to each separate section, to be paid to the Violations Clerk, as follows:

      (1)   First violation: $30.

      (2)   Second violation: $60.

      (3)   Third violation: $90.

      (4)   Subsequent violations of the same town code section are not eligible for disposition through the town's Ordinance Violations Bureau.
