Section A of the code adopted in section 8.04.020 of this chapter, relating to the definition of terms, is amended to redefine "local health officer" as the health officer designated by the governing body of the Southeastern Utah health districts, or his authorized representative, or the medical director of the city health department at such time that a full time department is established by the city.
