That certain code establishing regulations for the control of sanitary conditions in food service establishments, entitled "Code Of Food Service Sanitation Regulations", parts I, II and III, adopted by the state board of health as a code in book form, is hereby approved and adopted as the code of food service sanitation regulations of Southeastern Utah health district, and by reference made a part of this regulation to the same effect and extent as though the code were copied herein in full. Three (3) copies of such code shall be filed with the city recorder. (Ord. 1278-77, 1977)
