§ 155.123 CONDITIONAL USES.
   The following uses may be permitted subject to the issuance of a conditional use permit as provided in §§ 155.250 through 155.254.
   (A)   Any commercial use of the same general character as those listed in §§ 155.121.
   (B)   Single and multiple-family dwellings as regulated in §§ 155.035 through 155.053, R-2 and R-3 Residential Districts.
