Within an R-2 District, buildings or land may be used for one or more of the following uses if granted a conditional use permit.
(A) Any use permitted in § 155.038.
(B) Hospitals, convalescent and nursing homes, health clinics.
(C) Bed and breakfast as defined in § 155.196.
(D) Home occupations as defined in § 155.197.
