§ 93.10 VIOLATIONS; ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES.
   (A)   Any violation of this subchapter shall constitute a misdemeanor.
   (B)   In addition to any criminal penalty, the City Council shall have the power to enforce this subchapter by means of injunctive relief or any other remedy available at law.
