§ 93.04 INSTALLATION, REPAIR, REMOVAL AND MAINTENANCE.
   The City Council shall develop a plan for the installation, repair, removal and maintenance of sidewalks within the city, and shall set a timetable for the implementation of the plan as may be reasonably accomplished. Sidewalks within the city determined by the City Council to be deteriorated or otherwise in a condition unsafe or unfit for use shall be remedied by replacement or repair according to the specifications provided for in this subchapter; new sidewalks determined by the City Council to be necessary for the public interest and safety shall likewise be constructed in accordance with specifications provided for in this subchapter.
