The following shall be, and are hereby declared to be the fire limits in the City: Beginning at the southwest corner of block forty (40) in the city, running thence east one-half (1/2) block, thence north three (3) blocks, thence west one-half (1/2) block, thence north one block to the intersection of Twelfth Street, thence west one block, to the alley running north and south through Block Twelve (12), thence south one block, thence west one-half (1/2) block, thence south three (3) blocks, thence east one-half (1/2) block, thence south one block, to the intersection of Seventh Street, thence east to the place of beginning.
