The following fees shall be charged for building and alterations:
A. New Residential One And Two Family Dwellings: (These permits are all-inclusive as to include electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits.)

B. New Commercial Buildings, Additions Or Accessory Buildings Figured By Square Foot:

201 - 900 | $50.00 + $0.10 per square foot |
901 - 2,000 | $75.00 + $0.10 per square foot |
2,001 - 5,000 | $100.00 + $0.10 per square foot |
5,001 - 10,000 | $150.00 + $0.10 per square foot |
10,001 and over | $200.00 + $0.10 per square foot |
C. Plan Review Fee: There shall be implemented a plan review fee of twenty five percent (25%) of the permit cost. This fee shall be paid at the time of permit application and plan submittal. If a permit is issued, this fee will be applied towards the final permit cost. (Ord. 461, 1-11-2016)
