A. All new residential structures built within the city of Prague, will be required to have a covered porch, covered front entry inset or a combination of both.
B. The minimum size required is recommended to be fifteen (15) square feet for an inset and thirty (30) square feet for a porch or combination of porch and inset.
C. The construction of the covering is to be of like construction as the house. (Ord. 440, 4-8-2013)
