A. Required: All commercial and industrial buildings or properties to be constructed, added to, or altered within the City of Prague, and all residential buildings, uses, or properties shall connect with the electrical supply of the City of Prague.
B. Exception To Connection Requirement: The provisions of this section shall not apply to:
1. A structure constructed outside a platted subdivision where in the opinion of the City it is not economically feasible to connect the structure with the Prague electric system.
2. All land uses permitted where the subdivision or structure was constructed in a previously platted area served by an electrical system other than that of the City of Prague. (Ord. 409, 12-8-2008)
