The electrical service line or service lateral, as defined by the National Electrical Code, from the secondary or line in the utility easement, to the meter loop on the structure, shall be installed by the City of Prague or by someone duly authorized by the City. Charges for the installation of the electrical service line shall be based off of the actual costs of materials and labor associated with the installation, by the City. It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation other than the City of Prague, to install any electrical service or service laterals as provided in this section unless the person, firm or corporation has been authorized in writing by the City Manager or his designee to perform such work.
