No person or persons, from whose premises current has been cut off for any reason shall turn the current on, or cause the same to be turned on, without authority from the City Manager or his designee. In no event shall electric service be supplied through any meter other than the meter assigned to that account by the City of Prague. The conditions of this chapter shall be deemed a contract between each patron and the City of Prague and the City reserves the right to amend, alter, or change the terms of this chapter as often as deemed expedient and for the welfare of the citizens of Prague.
