No additions, changes, or alterations in the service lines shall be made by the consumer except that same shall be done with the approval of the City. It shall be the contract between the City and each and every consumer that no claim be made or allowed against the City for damages caused by or because of the breaking or faulting of feeder or service lines, either underground or overhead. No claim shall be allowed for single phasing on 3-phase equipment or for damage to voltage sensitive electronic equipment. The City reserves the right to cut off current anywhere or the entire system for repairs, or in case of emergency, storm, fire, etc. (Ord. 409, 12-8-2008)
