The dumping of "trash", as defined herein, garbage or other materials or substances of whatever kind or description on the landfill or the ditches and roadway abutting thereto is a public nuisance and is strictly prohibited, provided however, that nothing herein shall be interpreted as preventing the disposal of lawful "trash", as defined herein, at such locations specifically provided for the same as designated by the manager of the Prague Public Works Authority, or his agents, servants and employees, on a day-to-day basis. The dumping of trash in any other location than that designated shall be deemed a violation of this Section. Any person found dumping such trash in other than a designated location shall upon conviction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor as herein provided. (Ord. 279, 9-8-1985)
