The manager of the Prague Public Works Authority, subject to the advice and consent of the trustees of the Authority, shall prepare and publish a schedule of days of the week that the landfill will be open, as well as the hours of opening and closing thereon. The manager will cause a schedule of such openings and closings to be posted at the City Hall and a copy thereof shall be kept and maintained by the City Clerk for public reference.
