Any person, firm or corporation desiring a license for a taxicab shall make written application therefor to the City Manager upon blanks furnished by the City Manager. The application shall contain the full name and address of the owner, the make, model, and year of manufacture of the car, the engine and factory number of the same. (Prior Code, Sec. 21-12)
