15-1506: KOLACHE FESTIVAL:

Nothing contained herein shall be construed as prohibiting either all-terrain vehicles (4-wheeler only) or golf carts from participating in the Kolache Festival parade or activities, provided the other City ordinances are complied with. (Ord. 357, 6-21-2000)
