3-120: NOT TO GIVE PRIZES:

It is an offense for any person to offer or to furnish any prize, premium, gift, or similar inducement to any customer or consumer in connection with the sale or attempted sale of any alcoholic beverage. (Prior Code, Sec. 2-14)
