3-117: NOT TO OPERATE IN FORBIDDEN AREA:

It is an offense for any person to own, operate, maintain, or be interested in any manner in any establishment mentioned in subsection 3-103A of this Chapter at a place within the City which is forbidden as a location for such establishment by the laws of the State or by zoning or other ordinances of the City. (Prior Code, Sec. 2-11)
