3-116: TO BE SOLD ONLY IN RETAIL STORES:

It is an offense for any person to sell at retail, or to deliver in consequence or in completion of any such sale, any alcoholic beverages at or to any place in the City except at a retail alcoholic beverage store, in strict conformity with this Chapter and the laws of the State. (Prior Code, Sec. 2-10)
