15-228: INVESTIGATION OF ACCIDENTS ON PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PROPERTY:

In accordance with the terms of 47 Oklahoma Statutes section 11-1008, any duly qualified police officer of the city is hereby authorized to investigate motor vehicle accidents on public property or on private property where the public is invited. (Ord. 270, 8-8-1983)
