3-113: BEVERAGE NOT TO BE TAKEN THROUGH PASSAGEWAY FOR SALE:

It is an offense for any person to take any alcoholic beverage through any passageway described in Section 3-112 of this Chapter for the purpose of selling or reselling such beverage, or for the purpose of delivery thereof in connection with a sale of such beverages. (Prior Code, Sec. 2-7)
