3-111: ADVERTISING:

It is an offense for any person to advertise, or cause to be advertised, in any manner, the sale of alcoholic beverages, except as specifically permitted by the provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act. (Prior Code, Sec. 2-5)
