14-302: MAINTENANCE:

Property owners abutting alleys/easements shall be responsible for maintaining said alley/easement directly behind and/or beside their property to the midpoint of the alley/easement. This shall include keeping the alley/easement free of high grass and weeds, trash and refuse, or anything else that would obstruct the alley/easement (i.e., fencing, vehicles, etc.).
