No brewer, distiller, winemaker, Oklahoma winemaker, wholesaler, Class B wholesaler, or retail package store shall do business, or offer to do business, in this City until the Occupation Tax levied by this chapter has been paid in full to the City Clerk, and receipt issued therefor. (1983 Code)
