13-309: MINISTERIAL ALLIANCE CHAPLAIN PROGRAM:

There is hereby created a Ministerial Alliance Chaplain Program to be known and recognized as a division of the Prague Emergency Management Agency formerly known as the Prague Civil Defense. (Res. 98-07, 9-14-1998)
