13-308: COMPENSATION; LIABILITY:

All members of the Emergency Management Agency created hereunder shall serve without compensation, and the City shall not be liable for any personal injury received by any member of such organization while acting in the line of duty. (Prior Code, Sec. 1-38; amd. Res. 97-05, 5-12-1997)
