A. The Director of Emergency Management is further authorized to formulate written plans and gather information and keep written record thereof to govern the functions of the Emergency Management Agency.
B. The Director is further instructed to carry out plans with the State officials of emergency management in cooperating with the Federal Government and to make available to the City and County program the benefits of applicable Federal law, subject to approval of the City and County Civil Defense Council.
