13-112: PERMISSION TO USE FIRE HYDRANTS:
   A.   It is unlawful for any person residing or doing business in the City to use water from a hydrant or water equipment installed at the residence or place of business of another, without first receiving written permission to do so from the Water Superintendent of the City by paying in advance on the first of each month to such Superintendent for such privilege a sum as set by the City Council by motion or resolution.
   B.   It is unlawful for any person who has at their residence or place of business a water hydrant or equipment, to permit any person to use water from the same in violation of the provisions of this Section. (Prior Code, Sec. 8-10)
