13-104: LIMITS IN WHICH BULK STORAGE OF LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GASES IS TO BE RESTRICTED; NEW BUSINESSES :

The limits referred to in the fire code, in which bulk storage of liquefied petroleum has been prohibited, are hereby established as the city limits. It is unlawful for any person to establish, erect, construct, or enlarge a new plant or place of business within the city limits for manufacturing, distributing, or handling liquefied petroleum gas or gases. (Prior code § 8-4)
