12-478: MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISIONS:

A. Mobile home subdivisions shall comply with the Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances of the City except as otherwise provided.

B. The minimum size of a mobile home subdivision shall be two (2) acres.

C. No residence except mobile homes shall be permitted in a mobile home subdivision. (Prior Code, Sec. 4-52)
