12-459: REFUSE CONTAINERS:

All refuse shall be stored in flytight, watertight, rodent-proof containers, which shall be located within one hundred fifty feet (150') of any mobile home space or travel trailer space. Containers shall be provided in sufficient numbers and capacity to properly store all refuse. (Prior Code, Sec. 4-42)
