A. All new mobile home parks and travel trailer parks planned for development after the initial effective date of this Chapter shall conform to the regulations and standards established in this Section et seq.
B. Those mobile home and travel trailer parks already developed before the initial effective date of this Chapter shall not be governed by the regulations and standards established in this Section et seq., unless specifically stated herein. However, no existing mobile home or travel trailer park shall be permitted to expand or have placed a greater number of mobile homes or travel trailers within its existing boundaries unless these additional units conform to all of the regulations and standards of this Section et seq. Any existing mobile home or travel trailer park shall not be expanded beyond its existing boundaries unless the new area developed conforms to all the regulations and standards of this Section et seq.
