12-446: CONNECTION TO PUBLIC SYSTEM TO BE MADE WHEN POSSIBLE:

In the event that a public sewer system is or becomes available within three hundred feet (300') of a mobile home park or travel trailer park, connection must be made to the public system within one hundred eighty (180) days. (Prior Code, Sec. 4-40)
