Each mobile home space shall be provided with at least a four inch (4") sewer connection at least four inches (4") above the surface of the ground. The sewer connection should be protected by a concrete collar of at least four inches (4") thick and have a minimum outside diameter of twenty four inches (24"). The sewer connection shall be fitted with a standard ferrule and close nipple and provided with a screw cap. Connection between the mobile home drain and the sewer must be watertight and self-draining. Mobile homes with fixtures from which back siphonage may occur shall not be connected to the park's water system until defect has been corrected. (Prior Code, Sec. 4-40)
