A. Intensity of development shall be limited to no more than ten (10) mobile homes per gross acre for a mobile home park and no more than fifteen (15) travel trailers per gross acre for a travel trailer park. Area used for sewage treatment facilities shall not be included in density computations. Mobile home spaces shall be at least thirty feet (30') wide where pads are close to driveways.
B. Travel trailer spaces shall be at least twenty five feet (25') wide where travel trailers are located closest to the driveway. (Prior Code, Sec. 4-38)
