12-427: LOCATION OF PARKS; DRAINAGE:

All mobile home parks shall be located on a well-drained site, properly graded to ensure rapid drainage and freedom from stagnant pools of water; drainage shall not endanger any water supply. (Prior Code, Sec. 4-38)
