A. Operation of nonresidential trailers by contractors on construction projects for which building permits have been issued or which are otherwise approved by government units is permitted during the term of such construction project without issuance of a license.
B. Operation of a nonresidential trailer for the explicit use of a caretaker or night watchman on a permanent basis is permitted, provided all other regulations of this Chapter are complied with. A quarterly fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) shall be charged each such nonresidential mobile trailer license, which shall expire on April 30 each year and be renewable on May 1 of each year thereafter.
