After the hearing the Inspection Officer shall compile the findings of the Council of the City as to compliance with this Chapter and pursuant regulations and shall issue an order in writing sustaining, modifying or withdrawing the prior notice which shall be served as provided in Section 12-413 of this Chapter. Upon failure to comply with such order, the permit of the mobile home park or travel trailer park shall be revoked. (Prior Code, Sec. 4-35)
