A. The Inspection Officer or Health Officer shall have the power to inspect the outside premises of private or public property for the purpose of inspecting and investigating conditions relating to the enforcement of this Chapter or of regulations promulgated thereunder.
B. The Inspection Officer or Health Officer shall have the power to inspect the register containing a record of all mobile homes and occupants using the park. (Prior Code, Sec. 4-34)
