12-410: OFFICER TO MAKE INSPECTIONS:

The Inspection Officer or Health Officer is hereby authorized and directed to make inspections to determine the conditions of mobile home parks and travel trailer parks located within the City in order to perform his duty of safeguarding the health and safety of occupants of mobile home parks and of the general public. (Prior Code, Sec. 4-34)
