The City Clerk shall charge and collect for each mobile home park or travel trailer park an initial license or temporary permit of thirty dollars ($30.00) per park. The initial license or temporary permit shall expire one year from the date of issue unless renewed upon such conditions as the City Council may by ordinance or resolution direct. A charge of forty five dollars ($45.00) shall be made for renewal of licenses. (Prior Code, Sec. 4-33)
