A. A complete plan, as required by Section 12-405 of this Chapter for the purpose of obtaining a license, shall show:
1. The area and dimensions of the tract of land;
2. The number, locations and size of all mobile home spaces or travel trailer spaces;
3. The location and width of roadways, walkways, buffer strips, and recreational area;
4. The locations of service buildings and other proposed structures;
5. The location and size of utility and treatment facilities; and
6. Plans and specifications of all buildings and other improvements constructed or to be constructed within the park. (Prior Code, Sec. 4-31)
