Application shall be made to the City Clerk who shall issue a license upon compliance by the applicant with all pertinent provisions of this and other regulations of the City. Every person holding a license shall notify the City Clerk in writing within twenty four (24) hours after having sold, transferred, given away or otherwise disposed of interest in or control of any mobile home park. The notice shall include the name and address of the person succeeding to the ownership or control of such mobile home park or travel trailer park. (Prior Code, Sec. 4-30)
